Delete your data

In the app (immediate)

1. Open Skyseer.
2. Tap Pandit Taresh's name or photo at the top of the chat.
3. Scroll to Privacy and tap Delete my data.
4. Tap Delete to confirm.

This deletes, from our server and your phone, your chats, palm photos, birth and family details, Kundli charts, check-ins and the link to your Google account. If you signed in with Google, the chats of that account in every language are deleted too. It can't be undone.

By email

If you can't open the app, write to lamdiephanhan@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my data". Tell us the Google account you signed in with, or the date you last used the app, so we can find your chat. We delete your data within 30 days and confirm by email.

Remove the app from your Google account

In your Google Account (myaccount.google.com), open Your connections to third-party apps & services, choose Skyseer and remove the connection. This stops Sign in with Google for the app. To delete the data we already hold, use one of the ways above.

What we keep

Where accounting law requires it, we keep the amount and date of a payment without your name or details. Read the full Privacy Policy.
