Privacy Policy

Skyseer is an app for Kundli (Vedic birth chart) and palm readings by message with Pandit Taresh. This policy explains what data the app collects, why, who receives it and how you can delete it. It covers the Skyseer app for Android (com.skyseer.app), its web version and this website, skyseer.xyz.

What we collect

• Details you enter: your name (optional), gender, date, time and place of birth (or that you don't know the time), work, relationship and family status, what you want to ask about, and your language. If you ask about a partner or a family member, the details you give about them.
• Your messages and palm photos in the chat, and any message you send with a dakshina.
• Sign in with Google (optional): Google gives us your name, email address and Google account ID. We keep your name and account ID to link your chat to your account, and we don't keep your email. We never receive your Google password or anything else in your Google account.
• Payments: paid features are charged through Google Play. Google tells us the order, product and amount, never your card or bank details. Until Skyseer is on Google Play, the test version takes no real money.

Why we use it

• To make your Kundli and palm readings and to reply to you in the chat.
• To keep your chat so you can continue it, and if you sign in with Google, open it on another phone.
• To send the check-in messages you allow. You can turn them off in Pandit Taresh's profile.
• To answer safely when a message suggests someone may be in danger.
• To keep the service working and secure.

You choose what to share, and we use it only for these purposes. You can stop at any time by deleting your data (below).

Who receives it

• AI service providers that turn your details, messages and palm photos into Pandit Taresh's replies. We send them this data only so they can write those replies.
• Google, for Sign in with Google and Google Play payments.
• Authorities, only when the law requires it.

We don't sell your data. Our servers and providers may be outside India, including in Vietnam and the United States.

This website

skyseer.xyz sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no scripts or fonts from other companies. Our host, Google Firebase Hosting, keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, time and page requested) to keep the site running and secure.

How long we keep it

We keep your chat and details until you delete them or ask us to. Where accounting law requires it, we keep the amount and date of a payment without your name or details.

Delete your data

• In the app: tap Pandit Taresh's name or photo at the top of the chat, then Privacy → Delete my data. Your chats, palm photos, birth and family details, Kundli charts and Google account link are deleted from our server and your phone at once.
• By email: write to lamdiephanhan@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my data" and the Google account you signed in with, or the date you last used the app. We delete within 30 days and confirm by email.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask for a summary of your data, correct it (you can also edit your details in Pandit Taresh's profile), have it deleted, nominate a person to act for you, and complain to us. We reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Children

Skyseer is for people aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect data from children. If you think a child has used the app, email us and we will delete their data.

Security

Only the people who run the service can open your data on our servers. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send passwords, bank details or ID numbers in the chat.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app.
