These terms cover the Skyseer app and this website. By using Skyseer you agree to them. Skyseer is run by Lam Trach Household Business (Hộ kinh doanh Lâm Trạch), Vietnam.

What Skyseer is

Skyseer is an app for Kundli (Vedic birth chart) and palm readings by message with Pandit Taresh. Pandit Taresh is an AI astrologer: his replies are written by an AI system, not by a person typing, and his picture is an illustration.

Guidance, not advice

Readings are for guidance and reflection. They are not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and they can be wrong. Please don't make an important decision on a reading alone. If you or someone else may be in danger, call your local emergency number (112 in India).

Who can use it

• You must be 18 or older.
• Give your own details truthfully. Share another person's details only if they would be comfortable with it.
• Don't use Skyseer for anything unlawful or abusive, and don't try to break, copy or overload the service. We may limit or end access for misuse.

Prices and refunds

• Paid features are charged through Google Play, at the price shown before you pay. There are no subscriptions, per-minute charges or wallet top-ups.
• If your first full reading in a chat doesn't feel like it's about you, you can get your money back from the app within 24 hours of unlocking it, once per chat. The full reading then closes again.
• Other refunds follow Google Play's refund policy.

Your data

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why. You can delete your data at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms as Skyseer changes. We will update the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app.
